All wallet balances are displayed in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are supported, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange-rate fluctuations are the Player's risk.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These offer-specific terms form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the rollover requirement stated in the applicable offer. PKR bonus amounts quoted in promotional materials (such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples of the offer structure and are not guarantees of specific winnings. Actual bonus values depend on deposit amounts and are subject to offer terms in force at the time of activation.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event, casino game or virtual product. For sports markets, results are taken from the relevant governing body's official records. Where results are contested or subject to inquiry, settlement may be delayed until a final outcome is confirmed.
In the event of a technical error, system fault, incorrect odds posting or erroneous result feed, do555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's wallet. do555 is not obligated to honour bets placed on erroneously posted odds that are manifestly incorrect.
Bets on Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournament markets are settled according to official scorecards from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Match-abandonment, Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method results and super-over outcomes are settled in accordance with the specific market rules published in the sportsbook.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per wager are set by do555 and displayed in the betting interface. do555 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player Account at any time without prior notice.

do555 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment processors, game studios or data providers. This includes payment delays, game malfunctions or incorrect data feeds caused by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, do555's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's real-money wallet balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.
do555 may suspend or close a Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated funds will be held in escrow until the investigation is resolved. Funds confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to fraud or terms violation will be returned to the Player following resolution.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance in the wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited on closure.
The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by do555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
